Operation: Step Up

Wow, it's been a LONG while since I updated my blog. However, recently I've been working on a new project. It does also help me recycle my old machines by refurbishing it into a dedicated StepMania (DDR clone) machine. So how am I going to do this? Well, take a look at this sketch I made:

Excuse my crappy drawing skills, but I hope you guys get this. The reason why I'm using FreeBSD is because it's quick to boot up, very stable, no bloated software not needed and can have the option to launch the game just by logging in. The reason why I'm doing this is because it's quite interesting what you can do with open source software, and plus, it gives me better options to have more songs without constantly buying a new Dance Dance Revolution version for my system.
